Guest Information

Welcome to The Orchard Golf & Country Club.  Whether you are a first time guest, returning guest, or prospective new member, thank you for choosing to spend time with us!  To ensure that you enjoy your experience at The Orchard, please familiarize yourself with the following important information and policies prior to your arrival.

Food & Beverage

All food and beverage must be purchased from Branchwater Grill. Bringing alcoholic beverages on premises is prohibited by Georgia law.  Personal coolers are not permitted.  Our service staff will provide you a portable cooler if you wish to purchase beverages for on course consumption.  Food and beverage charges may be settled with cash, credit card, or billed to the sponsoring member’s account.

Dress Code

While we pride ourselves on our friendly and casual environment, please follow standard country club form by wearing appropriate country club attire consisting of collared shirts for men and golf clothing.  Denim is not permitted on the golf course or practice facility.  Neat denim may only be worn in the Grill or on the Deck.  Hats are to be worn with bill facing forward and shirts are to be tucked in unless otherwise designed.  While not required, it is proper etiquette to remove your hat while in the Grill.

Golf

When arriving at the clubhouse, please pull up to the bag drop where an attendant will assist you with your clubs. All guests must register in the Golf Shop upon arrival.  Guest fees may be paid with cash, credit card, or charged to the sponsoring member’s account.  Practice balls are included with your guest fee.

Golf Carts

Guests are expected to follow all golf course signage and daily golf cart rules.  Carts must be parked with all four wheels on the path near greens and tees.

Course

Please rake bunkers, repair ball marks on greens, and fill divots with sand provided on golf carts.  Pace of play is expected to be no more than 4 hours for 18 holes.

Thank you in advance for observing these guest policies, following proper golf etiquette, and for treating all members of our staff with the utmost respect during your visit with us at The Orchard.  We look forward to serving you as our Guest!

Sincerely,
Randy Brooks, PGA
General Manager
